Christmas right around the corner
Only one more day until its Christmas, its a bit hard for me to think I’ve changed so much since last year. I’m actually looking forward to Christmas this year (not for the presents).
I’ve come a long way, moved to my own place. Got a job, will be earning money.
I’m looking forward to see how next year will look. But I have a feeling I’ll be a much happier person, even if I’ll have a bit less time to spend online.
I have wished for nothing this Christmas, getting my apartment and getting employed at the beginning of next year is more than enough for me.. But I’ve gotten one Christmas present from a fellow worker, have to wait till tomorrow to open it.
I’ll be spending Christmas at my parents house. With the rest of my family, I think that’s going to be really great. Can’t wait to get some of that Christmas ham. Yum!

I will survive?
Ugh! One big fucking UGH! This month is a real killer, I really hope I’ll survive this one. I’m going to get less money than I expected, the bills where higher than expected..
I thought it was going to be the same it had been the last three months, but apparently it was much more expensive this month. So goddamn great.
When everything is payed I’m going to have about 400sek left and I need to buy food for a whole month for that. Good fucking luck… Yeah, I’m whiny and bitchy right now. Don’t feel all to good either. I’m sorry ZX-Omega but I won’t be able to visit you, I can’t afford any extra stuff now. I don’t honestly have the strength to care to much about going away either right now. And I was going to a christmas party with my work too, I’m having a hard time even thinking about spending time with other people right now. I was hoping to buy some new clothes to wear there. I think I’m going to puke soon…

More pizza!
I had some leftover stuff from yesterdays pizza baking and decided to do a last batch of pizza’s. Well today was much better than yesterday. This turned out much better, I put more effort into making the dough and made sure to have all the ingredients at home that I needed. Yesterdays fail, was todays success. “Köttfärssås” on one of them a so called “Bolognese” pizza and the other was tuna since yesterday.

It’s that time again… Pizza!
Haha! This is funny. A bit to funny and a bit scary too! If I just had waited seven more days, it would have been exactly one year since I made a similar post. The post I made then was about food I had made, I made pizza. Not that its anything special, but it was the first time I really made some. And it turned out really good and I was on baking mood today so I decided to make my own pizza again!
This time around it didn’t turn out just as good. Stupid as I was I forgot to check so we had everything at home that I needed. I should have checked for cheese since that was almost empty. The first failure, still got it to work with the minimum cheese we had left. Next time I’m masking sure we have shredded cheese at home.
This is how the pizza’s turned out…
They hadn’t put to much work in stretching the dough out as much as I should have, so some parts of the pizza got really big. Which I don’t like. So there was failure number two. Well it still turned out good and tasted good. I used tuna-fish this time. While its not as good as kebab, but still pretty good. Next time I’m checking that I have all ingredients that I want at home, then I’m gonna but more time into the dough. I was just sloppy today. And for that I also payed the price with my pizzas.
Cooking and baking is something I really enjoy, this might not have been a very “fun” or “interesting” post from me. But still, I wanted to show my works and even if that are disappointing. Guess I’ll make some cookies next time. ;)

I made food!
I’ve played about 7h on Valkyria Chronicles last night. Damn its fun. :D
Haven’t played much today, since I sadly have other stuff that has to be done. Like helping around the house and such. But hey, more time to game tonight. And I decided to bake today too. I made pizza! Yes, I made the dough myself. I should have taken a few more pictures of it in the prosses of being made, but forgot. Well here it is on a plate (smeared with butter, so It wont’ get stuck on the plate in the oven)
And then I should have had atleast one more picture of it before I sent it into its flaming hell. But as I said earlier I forgot. So it just the final picture left, how it looked like when it was finished! As you see its a kebab pizza. First time I’ve made my own kebab pizza.
And it turned out real good. First time in a very long timed I’ve baked or just made something myself. It feels good. So I’m probably going to bake more when the weekend comes. I really feel like baking more its fun.

Oh… That’s nice
Somedays are better than others. And somedays are so bad yo wish you never got out of bed. Yesterday was a very good day, one of the best I’ve had this year. That I can remember at least.
So I swapped room with my sister yesterday, I know have a much bigger room. And I’m very happy with that, finally all my stuff fits! So that made me really happy. And thw whole family went out for dinner to celebrate my father & my little brother’s birthday. It was a very good day. And I had some candy an coca cola too. It was all great. Well the best part was still to come. My sisters boyfriends had bought himself a new DVD, so he game me his old divx DVD.
Wow! Okay it might not be much, but I thought the time of when people could give away something for freewas over (x-mas & birthdays not included). So I was wishing for a new DVD for x-mas, so now I can just wish for money.
Well all in all, Saturday was one of the better days of 2007. Too bad it had to come when this year is almost over.
But still. I’m glad that I can at least look back on 2007and say that at least one day was good. Oh, well enought of my rambling. Take care you all! *hugs*
