Deadpool, Darksiders and a secret

It has been while since my last post, been busy with my work. We’ve had some extra stuff to do because of some of my work buddies still are on vacation. But they should all be back on this upcoming monday, so I am glad everything will return to normal.

I’ve been reading a lot of Deadpool comics, god I love Deadpool. Without a doubt one of my favorite comic characters, was going to write heroes but that wouldn’t be right. Just as it wouldn’t be right to call him a villian. He is just awesome! Very, very awesome. I am so looking forward to the Deadpool videogame. And when we are on the subject of games I am hyped for Tuesday. Since Darksiders II will finally be released, I am gonna hurry home from work so I can play it.

Last but not least I have started a new video project, it will be a fan trailer. That’s all the info I am willing to part with right now. Since I haven’t gotten all the stuff right yet and if everything falls into place I hope I’ll have the video finished in no time, or soonish at least.
Hoping this turns out well, if it does it will be the first of my trailers I will have finished. If I blow it with this trailer I will what I was trying to do.

I must see Wreck-It Ralph

Hahaha! I just gotta watch Disney‘s newest movie, Wreck-It Ralph. It takes place inside a videogame land! And there are a few famous cameos like, Bowser, Dr.Eggman and so on. Just check out the trailer below, I think its cool of the videogame companies to lend out their characters like this. Can’t wait to see the movie, I think it will be nerdy. :3

E3 2012: Sony

And now Sony‘s show is over too. Just like Microsoft it was a disappointment, ugh. It wasn’t as boring as Microsoft, but nothing new was really shown. Okay they showed Beyond from Quantic Dream and it looks pretty great. But the whole Wonderbook thing for Playstation Move? Not interested at all. No price cuts for the PS Vita that many was expecting, nothing really new announced for Vita either…

So far this E3 has been rather disappointing. A shame really, since I usually enjoy Sony’s shows. The Last of Us looks great too, but honestly I was expecting more. A few secret games or a game announcement that would make you go completely gaga. Yeah, perhaps it’s just me expecting too much… My hope now entirely lies at Nintendo‘s mercy! I’m really hoping they’ll bring a few bombs tomorrow/later today. But since they are on E3 with a whole new console, I think I’m going to get what I want. Something new, something unannounced.
Goodnight!

E3 2012: Microsoft

Now Microsofts E3 press conference is over and I can only say, thank god. That was one boring as show. Seriously, it was just about as bad as their conference they had last year. And the “boss” Dan or what his name was, he looks so lost on stage. Like he doesn’t know how to move or speak, and he feels so awkward…
I was really hoping they would have shown something from their new console. The best things in their conference was Splinter Cell that looked really awesome and that comes from someone who doesn’t like the series very much. But I can definitely see myself playing the new one.

And the other stuff I really enjoyed was Tomb Raider, it looks great. And of course it was fun to see the creators of South Park there and making fun of Kinect and Smartglass. Just to be clear, I do not hate Microsoft in anyway. It was just a boring show they put on. With a performance from Usher who proved to me that he couldn’t sing. If you like Halo and Call of Duty I hope you could get something out of this. I’m hoping Sony and Nintendo will deliver something that speaks to me more.

Hug me… I’m scared!

This is an old video from a kids show(?), at least I think it is a kids show. But this video is fucked up… Really. All is good and well, until about 2minutes into the video. My own reaction to this was “What the fuck, did I just watch!?” Perhaps it’s not all that bad, but it is a bit fucked up. Especially if it is meant for kids. Well enjoy the short terror. ;)

My ThunderCats 2011 intro HD

In November of 2011 I made my own intro to the newest ThunderCats series. Now I am back with the same intro, with some minor stuff changed in it and some added sound effects in it.
And last not not least, it’s now available in HD. But wait there’s more! This time there are no logos from the network it aired on, so it’s a clean HD version of my original ThunderCats opening. Hope you’ll enjoy this too, and I might have one more ThunderCats related video in the making. But we’ll see it it turns into something or I’ll move on to something else.

Anime Intros I like #03

Its been some time since I last made a post about the anime intros I like. So here is post number 3 in this series, of anime intros I like. I recently gave Fairy Tail a fair chance and I love the series, much more than Naruto or One Piece. It fits me more than pirates and ninjas. I’m more fantasy magi kinda guy and Fairy Tail really delivers on that front.

I immediately fell in love with Fairy Tails third intro. I can’t get enough of the “OOHHHH” and flute playing parts, they go so damn well together and are full of energy. The rest of the song is okay, but those two parts of the song really gets me revved up!

I really, really like the third Naruto Intro “Kanashimi wo Yasashisa ni“. I like the music and how it sounds, not to mention the images that follow the song in the video. Starting of a bit sad, to slowly build and gain “energy”. This song has actually helped me feel well, when I’ve been a bit depressed or needed to gain some energy. I loved it from the first time I heard it and its still my favorite Naruto opening.

The last one for this time if from Rosario to Vampire Capu2. Pretty ladies dancing, what more could you want? Not to mention its a catchy tune. Nana Mizuki has such a nice voice. I also like the flow of the animation in the video, it feels like they might have spent the series whole budget for just the intro. But its a nice upbeat song.
