Garo 2 & Kiba The Dark Knight Gaiden

As some people might have guessed or grasped by now, I’m a fan of Tokusatsu shows. You know, Japanese live action shows with Super Heroes. Think Power Rangers and you are close, or you’ll get the gist of it.
And there was this one particular tokusatsu show that caught my attention and it was Garo. Also known as Ogon Kishi Garo or Golden Knight Garo. I’ll post something about the series as soon as I’ve rewatched and refreshed my memory of it. Well the big news is that the show is finally getting a second season! I’ve been waiting since 2006 for this! So I’m really hyped about this. For now its just called Garo 2, but its not the only thing coming. There will be a V-cinema I think they called it? That would be called Kiba The Dark Knight Gaiden.

Can’t wait to get more information or release date of this series, this how is definitely right up my alley. Love it. And here is a trailer for Kiba The Dark Knight, if you don’t like that or enjoy some of it. This series is probably nothing for you.

Anime Intros I like #02

Now on to two of my favorite animes of all time, well at least those two who have meant most to me. First out is Magic Knight Rayearth. I’m pretty sure I would never have started playing JRPGs without this anime. Sure it isn’t anything special but by the time I saw this, this was not something I was familiar with. A good nice fantasy anime, that I liked a hell of more than I thought I would. And after that I decided to give JRPGs a chance again and tried Lunar Silver Star Story Complete and the SNES version of Magic Knight Rayearth. And then I was hooked, on both fantasy and JRPG.

And one of my most liked animes of all time is… Sailor Moon! Yeah, I really liked that anime. Especially the Death Busters arc, which was darker and a bit more mature than the seasons before it. Sailor Moon is also the first mahou shojou (magical girl) series I like.
Some people will probably laugh and insult me for this, it wouldn’t be the first time. I’m not afraid to admit what I like. I’m a child on the inside and it will never die!
Here is the third version of the intro to Death Busters arc. And while I do like the Swedish dubbed intro, I wish they had stayed closer to the original lyrics.

Anime Intros I like #01

Yes! Now its time for me to share some of my favorite anime intros with you! I’m going to start out easy and a bit cheap here, by posting the my two favorite openings videos for two of this seasons anime shows. They are Softenni and Nichijou. Softenni is a show about tennis, at first I wasn’t interested but I decided to give it a go. And I was a bit surprised it was an ecchi comedy, I fell for in an instant I’m weak for ecchi comedies. I think the song is pretty catchy and if gives me a feel good feeling. And there are some nice panty shoots in it. ;D

And now we are here with Nichijou. I feel its a very random anime, in the style of Pani Poni Dash. But its pretty nice to watch a show like this once in a while too. The intro is sung by Hyadain, he has become famous by adding lyrics and singing a bunch of songs on YouTube. He sings both male and female parts. Yes, even the female parts! That’s why I think its extra nice that one of his original songs got to be the opening for an anime, it fits the show well. I’ll be making a whole post about Hyadain in the upcoming days, so I’ll explain more there and post videos.

Fire in the car!

I was half asleep when I was woken by a bang, not really giving it much thought I tried to sleep again. About 30seconds later I decided to check outside my window and I see a car on the parking lot burning. I was shocked. I still am, in fact. I filmed a bit of it and uploaded it here, so now you can hear my lovely voice. :P
I’m talking with my parents on the phone I’m not crazy, just saying a bunch of random stuff. And the fire started around 22.00. Just about an hour ago now, I suck at the whole AM and PM thing so it will have to do.

Bayonetta! Let’s dance boys!

So my friend Elden borrowed me this game called Bayonetta. You might have heard of it, it was a pretty big game in 2010. Some even going to far as claiming it as GOTY (Game Of The Year) 2010. While I’m a while year behind most people who played it, I don’t see if as anywhere near a contender for a GOTY game.

I had great fun with it and even learned a few things about myself (more later), and it is a pretty good game! Bayonetta is made by Platinum Games and many of the people in PG where a part of Clover over at Capcom.
The Game is directed by Hideki Kamiya who made the Devil May Cry series and all to easy to see that in the game. But Bayonetta was so much more fun than any DMC game I’ve tried. The game is much more humors and over the top, Bayonetta is the alternative name for over the top action. And if you hadn’t guessed it yet, the games main character is named Bayonetta.

The game itself is a hack n’ slash game ala Devil May Cry, guess you didn’t think of that either! Right!? Bayonetta moves with a dance like style, every move she makes is like a dance. I really like this part, it looks pretty cool, is hot. And also pretty fun. Speaking of hot… Bayonetta is a smoking hot lady and she knows it.
Many of her attacks are very sexual, just as her personality. Which I really like, but then again I’m a bit of a pervert. Like the things I learned about myself, I like lollipops, stripper poles, bit.. I mean witches and being punished. If that’s wrong then I don’t wanna be right. Fly me to the moon then!
The game is fun and challenging if you play beyond the easy level, yes I chickened out and took the easy way out. But when I buy the game and replay it, that’s going to change. So if you haven’t tried it, do it! You might like it!

I can’t stop watching this movie for some reason. I like dancing. And the music, its so nice in this video!

Tales of Xillia

Namco Bandai has announced is newest Tales of series game, this one will be called
Tales of Xillia. I bet this is another one of those games, that they won’t bother to localize.
But I’m hoping they will surprise us this time, who knows? Miracles can happen, so let’s pray.

Grey’s In Anime

Haha, I just found this clip on Youtube and thought it was pretty damn funny! I like these kinds of parodies, If the real Grey’s Anatomy was like this I would watch it all the time. Well, as I said at least I thought this was funny…
