2014 is a bit blue…
New year, new times. Or something like that, huh?
Woke up pretty late today, guess I was pretty tried of all that Kingdom Hearts playing. Still it was fun, but I don’t think I’m going to marathon through a game like that again.
I’m starting this new year, by playing some Sonic games. Both Sonic The Hedgehog and Sonic Adventure 2 where cheap on PSN and I’ve been wanting to replay Sonic Adventure 2 for a while. I don’t dislike the Sonic Adventure games as much as everyone else seems to, I have very fond memories of playing Sonic Adventure 1 for the Dreamcast. It was actually the game that made me get a Dreamcast, sometimes I still long for those days…
In the coming days, I’ll probably post a list of my favorite or most important posts of 2013. Will probably do it this upcoming weekend, since it’s back to work tomorrow. Heh, could have used a few more days off. Good thing we only work two days, before being able to take a break for three days again. So I shouldn’t complain really, have fun everyone and happy 2014.

Release Miku in the west!
SEGA is considering releasing the Hatsune Miku Project Diva F rhythm game in the West. There is both a Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita version, but the one they are considering is the PS3 version. All you have to do is show SEGA that you are interested in the game and even if you aren’t, please be kind and help the people who want this game. I for one want more Rhythm games of this kind, so all you have to do is SHARE and LIKE on Facebook.
And hopefully it will be enough for Sega to bring it over. Here is the Facebook link.

Bayonetta! Let’s dance boys!
So my friend Elden borrowed me this game called Bayonetta. You might have heard of it, it was a pretty big game in 2010. Some even going to far as claiming it as GOTY (Game Of The Year) 2010. While I’m a while year behind most people who played it, I don’t see if as anywhere near a contender for a GOTY game.
I had great fun with it and even learned a few things about myself (more later), and it is a pretty good game! Bayonetta is made by Platinum Games and many of the people in PG where a part of Clover over at Capcom.
The Game is directed by Hideki Kamiya who made the Devil May Cry series and all to easy to see that in the game. But Bayonetta was so much more fun than any DMC game I’ve tried. The game is much more humors and over the top, Bayonetta is the alternative name for over the top action. And if you hadn’t guessed it yet, the games main character is named Bayonetta.
The game itself is a hack n’ slash game ala Devil May Cry, guess you didn’t think of that either! Right!? Bayonetta moves with a dance like style, every move she makes is like a dance. I really like this part, it looks pretty cool, is hot. And also pretty fun. Speaking of hot… Bayonetta is a smoking hot lady and she knows it.
Many of her attacks are very sexual, just as her personality. Which I really like, but then again I’m a bit of a pervert. Like the things I learned about myself, I like lollipops, stripper poles, bit.. I mean witches and being punished. If that’s wrong then I don’t wanna be right. Fly me to the moon then!
The game is fun and challenging if you play beyond the easy level, yes I chickened out and took the easy way out. But when I buy the game and replay it, that’s going to change. So if you haven’t tried it, do it! You might like it!
I can’t stop watching this movie for some reason. I like dancing. And the music, its so nice in this video!

Unleash the beast!
So I got Sonic Unleashed for the Playstation 3 with the mail today.
I haven’t played much more than 2hours right now, but the game is a hell of a lot better than the Sonic The Hedgehog game that was released 2006. Sonic Unleashed is at least playable. And enjoyable so far. And I actually enjoyed the first Werehog stage… Its pretty fun. So at least right now its great, I’ll have to check back later to see what I think then, when I have played some more. And can give a real opinion.

Shining Tears X Wind
When the land End Earth is facing destruction, Soul Bladers from another world shall come and save them. Soul Bladers are people who can draw a soul sword out of a person that trust/likes him.
Souma, Kiriya, Saionji, Hiruda, Kureha & Seena. All people from the same school and they are all close friends. They get summoned to end Earth. Souma & Kureha gets sent to one country on End Eart, Kiriya & Seena to a different country. Saionji & Hiruda are also sent to a different country. And all three countries are in battle with each other. Old friends become new enemies. But all countries are fighting because they think they can save the world. Soon they will meet a common enemy.
Really sounds like something from an RPG, right? A bit cliché to, no? So I’ve been following the anime Shining Tears X Wind, for some time. And i finally saw the two last episodes today. If I have understood correctly its a continuation of the game Shining Tears, with the Shining Wind characters. Well at least characters from both games are in it. And its a fantasy anime.
The visuals of the anime is pretty good. Sometimes it looks like crap and minor characters are not very detailed. Other than that, Taka Tony’s artwork turned out great in anime form. Taka Tony is the character designer for the games. Love his art, BTW. Usually when I watch an anime, the ending almost always seems to let me down. But in Shining Tears X Wind, I like the ending very much.
Its was a good ending. And I felt as nothing was left unexplained. Well some things maybe, but I still liked this ending than most other anime’s.
7/10. And one of the better Fantasy anime’s I’ve seen.
