Tales of Xillia is great!
So far I’m in love with Tales of Xillia! It’s everything I had hoped for and right now I don’t have any complaints. So as I thought, for me its a good candidate for Game Of The Year for me. Too be honest I’ve spent around 33hours in the game and most of them I’ve been doing sidequests and stuff. And playing around with attachments. As you can see in the picture here beside I have given Milla glasses and elf ears, they really suit her.
I also love it that you can get different hair styles in the game, in past Tales of games characters would only change their hair if they got a new costume to wear. Well not anymore! Sure if you get (buy) new costumes you get a new hair styles, but you can change back to the characters regular hair. So you can mix and match! I bought Millas swimsuit to get her hair in a ponytail and because it was a swimsuit. Shut up!
This is something I really like and appreciate in games, I can spend hours with stuff like this to try and mix and match. As soon as I can afford I’ll get more of the DLC stuff. Damn you Namco!
A bit pissed that I’ll probably never get Cress and Stahn DLC, for those who don’t know it’s the main characters of the first two Tales of games.
The combat is great and I do like the Link-system. Music is pretty great too, I just about like everything about the game. If I must complain about something, the only thing right now I can think of is the lack of a world map. Sure the way its made in Tales of Xillia is good, you walk cross “corridors” so to speak. But after a while you can teleport to the places you want to go, just like in Tales of Graces f. I’m already looking forward to Tales of Xillia 2 next year and of course
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles. And I do really hope that in new entries in the Tales of series, will continue to use and expand upon Tales of Xillia’s attachment’s because as I said I sure do like that!

One more week to go!
AHH!!! Just one more week to work and them I have a three week vacation! How I look forward to that! I’m starting to feel really tired and to get a chance to recharge my batteries would be great. I’m just going to take it easy and just relax, not going to think about work once.
And then into my second vacation week, I finally get to put my hands on Tales of Xillia! I am eagerly awaiting that game! I want it and I want it now! I might even get the Collectors Edition of the game, that is if where I’m getting it from will get any in stock. If not it’s just the regular version for me then.
For the last couple of days I’ve seem to have hurt my neck while sleeping, It’s been aching like hell and I could hardly turn my head. Thank god it’s getting better now, it still aches a bit but it is getting better. So it wasn’t anything serious, thankfully. Other than that I am actually feeling pretty good, it has been some time since I’ve felt this good. So I am really hoping it will continue like this.
Last time I posted I told y’all that I had finished The Last of Us (great game!) after that I started playing Deadpool. I needed something funnier to get rid of the somewhat heavy feeling from TLOU, and Deadpool really delivered in the funny department. I am a big fan of Deadpool, I’ve have read most of the comics and enjoyed them very much. And I think High Moon Studios capture the funny stuff really well. I’m not all that sure about gameplay, I wasn’t too fond of that actually. But the game is definitely worth a try if you can borrow it. Deadpool is also the 86th Playstation 3 game that I have finished, gotta get a hundred at least! But that won’t be a problem. =)

The Last of Us is a great game!
I am a little late to the party, but I finished The Last of Us today. I enjoyed it very much, it was fun and a bit scary/creepy.
The parts in the game without any enemies are pretty creepy. Since it is so quiet, you get pretty tense.
And those damn clickers… Before playing this game I was wondering why people hated them. But yeah, damn fuckers.
I like both Joel and Ellie as characters and their whole adventure is great. I am not going to be talking more about the game, since I think you should play the game yourself.
So far its my favorite game of the year, a great experience. Like a really great movie. And now I am looking forward to Taled of Xillia, not long until it’s released.

A bit down, but I have a trophy…
Yeah, I’m not feeling to well right now. Guess it was time for another depression to visit. Huh. I just want to get rid of this whole feeling that is covering me, I don’t like it. I loose all energy and will to do anything, what’s the use.
Hopefully I’ll start feeling better tomorrow when it time to work again, I always seem to steer clear of the dark thoughts when I am working. But we’ll see…
Well in better news at least, tomorrow is the start of E3 and I bet that’ll get me feeling much better. It is exciting this year, can’t wait to see what they’ll be announced. Looking forward to the Playstation 4. I’ll do my usual E3 posts later.
And last but not least. I managed to get the platinum trophy in Tales of Graces f, I never thought I’d go for that. So now there is nothing more for me in that game, a bit sad. But still a nice feeling when you know you’ve done everything in the game. All special bosses and stuff like that.

Tales of Xillia official trailer released
Gamespot has put up a new trailer of Tales of Xillia, so I wanted to share it with people here. God I am so hyped for this game! Just two months away until I can play this game, I am getting really hyped now! So much that I started playing Tales of Graces f again and took a few more trophies in it. Hehe, might go for the platinum trophy. ;)

Tales of Symphonia Chronicles
RELEASE: Early 2014 (EU & US)
Just recently announced, a Tales of Symphonia HD collection. Containing both the first and second game. Will be released on Playstation 3 early 2014 in Europe and America! YEAH!!
I love Tales of Symphonia and getting a confirmation that we’ll be getting a HD collecting and a confirmation that it will be released in Europe, is probably the best thing I’ve heard in a while. God I am looking forward to this, I just love Tales of Symphonia and I own both original games. But I’ll be so over this collection. DAY ONE!!!
Batman: Arkham Origins
RELEASE: October 25th (EU)
The third game in the Arkham series, is also the first one in the series. This takes place a few years before Arkham Asylum and Batman is still a rookie. It’s not being developed by Rocksteady either, but I have faith that the new developers will make a good game. I enjoyed the other too Arkham games, so of course I am looking forward to this game too.
Saints Row IV
RELEASE: August 20 (EU)
I loved Saints Row 2, its one of those games I’ve had most fun playing in multiplayer ever! You can search my site for old posts on how fun I’ve had with it. So of course when number three came around I needed that. And while I didn’t enjoy it as much as SR2, it was still a pretty fun game.
And now part four takes the outrageousness from SR3 and just keeps building on it, so I hope they improve the multiplayer to allow three people to play together in this. That alone would make this a super great game.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII (To be rebranded FFVX?)
RELEASE: Who knows?
Probably the my most anticipated title with the name Final Fantasy. Its been in development for years and people are starting to question if we’ll ever see it. There are various rumors around the game. One says it will be rebranded into Final Fantasy XV (15) which I personally think is a smart plan, get rid of it’s ties with FFXIII and can make it feel somewhat fresh again. It’s also said it has jumped platform, from being a PS3 exclusive to now be a PS4 exclusive, makes sense. Either way, this coming E3 will hopefully bring some light on the situation.
Ducktales Remastered
RELEASE: Sometime this summer
A remastered version of a game I loved as a kid, that looks like the TV-show I loved as a kid. With voices from the show. Where do I sign up!? When this was announced I could hardly believe my eyes, OMG!
There will be some other new stuff in the game too, like you are able to visit Scrooges vault and take a swim in all that money. A new introduction level I think, either way this is one classic I really want to play again. A shame that it will probably be beaten within two hours.
Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMix
RELEASE: September 13th (EU)
Hehe, this list is filled with many old games in new packages isn’t it? But there are some new stuff for us in Europe in this Kingdom Hearts collection. We’ll get the previously unreleased PS2 version of Chain of Memories and we will be getting the Final Mix version of Kingdom Hearts 1. That alone is awesome! And with the improved camera and controls in the game, this will be a pleasure to play again.
The next generation
Later this year we will enter the 8th(?) generation of game consoles and hopefully it will bring with it a bunch of new and fun stuff. Not to much motion controllers I hope, unless they are better than what has been and you use it for something fun. Well Microsoft in my opinion has already dropped the ball with this no used game stuff, or borrow from friends.
I can honestly say without borrowing a few games from my friends there are certain game-series I would never have played myself. Or missed because they initially didn’t interest me. I sure hope Sony doesn’t go the same way, then the future would be very sad. But I am still looking forward to the games, Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo will announce at E3. I think this could be the best E3 we’ve had in a while, I think this is also my 7 year watching E3 live. Its a tradition for me now, I will not miss it!

Tales of Symphonia HD is true!!
A while ago, I reported about a rumor that there perhaps was a Tales of Symphonia HD Collection coming. And that it would include Tales of 
Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia Dawn of The New World and today this pack was announced to be true!! This collection will be called Tales of Symphonia Unisonant Pack and will be released October 10th. This was all announced just right now in an event in Japan called Tales of Festival.
Right now I am so very hyped! I actually cried a little bit when I saw this announcement, guess that just proves to me how much I really liked Symphonia. Well it was my first Tales of game and it sure was love at first sight. The opening song too Tales of Symphonia “Starry Heavens” will be getting a new version, a 2013 remix if you will. Same with ToS2 opening song.
And to top it of, as I was writing this we got confirmation that this collection will be released in Europe and America early 2014!! My god! This has been the best day of this entire week for me I am so goddamn happy right now. Long live the Tales of series!!
It seems the collection will go under the name Tales of Symphonia Chronicles in Europe and America, a name I think is a bit better than Unisonant Pack or just HD Collection that some developers just call their HD versions.
