Mer gottis till Smash Bros Ultimate
Idag vid 16.00 tiden var det en ny Nintendo Direct, denna fokuserade helt på det kommande Super Smash Bros Ultimate till Nintendo Switch.
Två nya karaktärer plus tre nya Echo fighters (kloner) visades idag.
Det är Simon Belmont från Castlevania & King.K Rool från Donkey Kong Country som är nya fighters. Echo fighters är Richter Belmont också från Castlevania,
Dark Samus från Metroid Prime och Chrom från Fire Emblem. I och med att vi får två
Castlevania-karaktärer här, så tycker jag det är på högtid att Konami gör ett nytt Castlevania-spel, man blir ju lite sugen nu!
Nintendo avslöjar också hur många banor som finns med i spelet och just nu lär det 103 spelbara banor! Skulle inte förvåna mig om det blir fler innan spelet släpps eller det tillkommer fler som DLC vid ett senare tillfälle. Det är så sjukt mycket innehåll i detta spelet att det är svårt att tro, men man börjar ju längta tills man får prova spelet.

Får ta mig en ordentlig funderare på om det är värt att investera extra pengarna för de grejerna. Kommer säkert kosta 2000kr här i Sverige misstänker jag.
Allt som allt verkar Super Smash Bros Ultimate bli just den ultimata versionen av spelet, det blir svårt att göra en uppföljare på detta. Men jag hoppas vi kan få någon mer Xenoblade-representant, vill ha med någon mer!

52 spel på 1 år: 22 – 28
Här är den fjärde delen i min serie av 52 spel på ett år. Det är nu klarade spel nr 22 – 28 som gäller. Den 6:e januari 2017 har det gått ett år, så jag har ju lite tid kvar, så vi ser om vi hinner eller inte. Stressar ju inte dock. =)

22. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PSP)
Det är då Castlevania: Dracula X Chronicles version av SOTN som jag klarar ut, det är andra gången jag klarat den versionen. Men troligen den 15e gången jag klarat detta spelet, så vad ska jag säga? Jag älskar detta spel!! Ett av mina favorit spel genom tiderna, musiken, älskar låten “Tragic Prince”. En pixel perfekt grafik, ett enormt spel. Som sagt jag älskar detta spelet.
23. Star Ocean: First Departure (PSP)
En remake på det första Star Ocean spelet som från början bara var släppt till SNES i japan. Kände jag ville spela igenom detta för att ha spelat igenom hela serien, bortsett från Gameboy spelet då. Det var trevligt och kul, även om det blev sjukt frustrerande med random encounters ibland. Lite väl hög för min smak, men spelet bjuder på trevliga karaktärer, vacker musiken och en fin resa.
24. Senran Kagura: Estival Versus (PS4)
Efter två JRPG så när varandra kände jag att jag behövde en liten paus med något annat, så det blev rå action där ninja tjejer pucklar på varandra. Spelet var väl helt okej, fick min paus och nu är man sugen på något annat. Stora funderingen är bara vad man ska köra? Vi får väl se vad nästa spel blir.
25. DOOM (PS4)
I vanliga fall gillar jag inte FPS men samma person som rekommenderade mig Wolfenstein (som jag gillar) rekommenderade även DOOM, lite sugen sedan tidigare så bestämde jag mig för att testa det. Riktigt bra spel är det! Riktigt, riktigt trevligt måste jag säga. Play it!
26. Teslagrad (PS4)
Ett snyggt handmålat spel, som jag egentligen inte skänkte många tankar. Av det jag sett sedan tidigare så såg det inte speciellt kul ut, men så hade jag tråkigt och tänkte vi testar, och det visade sig vara ett riktigt kul spel. Inga speciellt kluriga pussel i spelet, men det var skönt att spela något med lite mer pussel i sig i vilket fall som helst. Ta och testa det om ni inte har, ni kanske blir överraskade precis som jag blev.
27. DuckTales Remastred (PS3)
Blev så sugen att spela igenom detta spelet igen, så det var precis vad jag gjorde. Lika roligt som första gången och precis som första gången önskar jag att WayForward fick en chans att göra en Remastred på andra DuckTales-spelet också. Eller varför inte Chip & Dale eller Darkwing Duck? Riktigt kul och härligt spel, önskar Capcom kunde släppa det till PlayStation 4 och Xbox One också. Finns dock som ett bakåtkompatibelt spel till XBone.
28. Mega Man X (SNES)
Ett av mina mest spelade spel någonsin. Körde igenom detta igen medans min polare CrilleKross var hos mig. Kul att få visa honom lite taktiker han inte kände till, en oförglömlig klassiker och ett av mina absoluta favorit SNES spel.

Here’s Bloodstained!
I’ve longed for a new Castlevania game in the vein of Symphony of The Night and of course the GameBoy Advance and Nintendo DS games. They are some of my favorite games of all time. We have been getting a lot of “Metroidvania” games lately, which is nice! But I’ve never fallen as much in love with them as I have with Koji Igarashi’s Castlevania games. But since he left Konami some time ago, he can’t make anymore Castlevania games and I’m pretty sure Konami can’t make them own their own, the Lords of Shadows games were okay at best. I myself vastly prefer the PlayStation 2 Castlevania games, something I seem to be somewhat of a minority to like.
Either way, Mr.Igarashi is back and he brought a Kickstarter with him for Bloodstained: Ritual of The Night. Sadly there are no gameplay, but a lot of concept art of the characters and man I’m really looking forward to this, the game has already reached its funding of 500.000 dollars. So it confirmed to come out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. So all extra money they get now is to fill the game, with a lot of extra stuff. One of the things I’m looking forward to most is that Michiru Yamane is onboard with this project. She did the music for SOTN and a bunch of Castlevania games after that one. This is very important to me, her music is very important for the right feel, at least for me.

So much awesomeness if you like cheesy stuff and Castlevania. I wish I could back this project at a higher level than the digital version, would love to have a physical version of this game, but forking out 60bucks isn’t possible now, not with all the other stuff I want. Hopefully they will release a physical version later, that isn’t just for Kickstarters. If they do, then I’ll be getting that one too.

101 beaten PlayStation 3 games!
Wow! I have now beaten 101 games for the PlayStation 3, that feels great!
I have of course played more than one hundred games, but I haven’t finished all. But I have gone through 101 games from the start to finish. I started playing on the PlayStation 3 around 2008, so its taken its time.
Especially since I haven’t been able to play as much as I want for the last two years.
But I am still very pleased and a bit proud. To many this is nothing special and I get that, but to me its something else. I can’t really explain it, but its gotta be love or something.
My one hundredth game was Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 and the 101th game is Lightning Returns: Final Fantay XIII. As soon as I have the time I will sit down and go through my list of beaten PS3 games and write something more about my favorites among that list. Got a cold and a few games
Aaatchoooo! Goddamn it. Sneezing, nose is running and both body and head aches. I’ve caught a cold and I hate it. I tried working Tuesday but had to go home after half that day, my cold just got worse and worse. So I slept for the rest of the day and that’s just about what I have the strength to. I’m just going to post this really quick and then I am going back to bed.
I’ve also gotten two new games actually, one that I’ve ordered and one that I won. One is Castlevania: Lords of Shadows 2 and it nice so far. I haven’t been playing much since I’m not feeling well. But yes, I’ve tried it a bit. The other I win from PlayerSelect.se and its Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII and it came with a guide. A shame it didn’t have a real box and cover instead, I didn’t care much for guides. But I’m still happy I won, the demo for LRFFXIII was fun and hopefully I can enjoy this.
Later this month three more games will land in my home, they are Infamous Second Son, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Final Fantasy X & X-2 HD. So I’ll have my hands full in the future and I am thinking about doing some other videogame related stuff, but I’m not sure what yet. I haven’t got many ideas, but I feel like I want to do something. The only thing holding me back is time, I couldn’t do much more with PSSverige because of time. But I loved doing reviews and I hope I get to do that again in the future, that would be great. So keeping my fingers crossed for either a new project or something else. We’ll see, I have to think more about my own stuff.

Three games I really want in 2014!
I think I’ve been pretty clear in expressing my interest in the PlayStation 4, but what games are I looking forward to next year? There are definitely a bunch of games for current gen or should I say last gen now? Either way, if it wasn’t for a bunch of trade-in deals from my local GameStop I wouldn’t have bought a PlayStation 4 yet. Since most of the games I want are still coming out on PlayStation 3, so I still have a lot of stuff too get from that console. But I’m not complaining, but here are some of the games I am looking forward to in 2014. Right now it’s only games that has been announced and have a release date.
Infamous: Second Son
PlayStation 4 – 2014-03-21 EU
I love the two previous Infamous games and I don’t think Second Son will be any different! It looks fantastic! If I didn’t get my PlayStation 4 on launch day, I would have had to get one when this game releases! So looking forward to this one, hope the “hero” Delsin turns out to be an okay character. The world and the effects of the game, looks fantastic!
Tales of Symphonia Chronicles
PlayStation 3 – 2014-02-28 EU
I have really been looking forward to replay Tales of Symphonia, so this collection is perfect. It includes both Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the new world.
ToSS made me fall in love with the Tales of-series, so I am looking forward to see what I think about it four years later. ToS is based on the PlayStation 2 version of the game that was only released in Japan, so we get some new stuff. And hopefully we’ll get to keep the real intro song this time!
Castlevania: Lords of Shadows 2
PlayStation 3 – 2014-02-28 EU
While I am not a big fan of the first game, I liked what they have done with the lore of Castlevania. Lords of Shadows 2 seems to fix the stuff I didn’t like about the first one, like dull combat and a camera straight out of hell. I’m looking forward to play as Dracula and see what he has to endured since the took the mantle of Prince of Darkness.
Well it’s a short list but it will have to do right now. Either way it’s just one more day away from PlayStation 4 launch in Europe!! The hype and everything else is rising, you know what I’m talking about ladies. (I’m kidding!). Hopefully I can get some sleep later tonight, but we’ll see. I’ll probably be to hyped! XD

What I’m doing now…
I’ve been busy as usual, but last week and this week has so far been pretty good. I’ve managed to finish Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD. Now try saying that name five times fast! It was pretty okay, the worst part about the game is its loading times. And that some of the sound effects sounds like a fart in a can. I’ll see if I can list everything about the game in a later post. That’s if I still care about it by then, which is doubtful.
Now that’s out of the way, I am going to start playing Batman: Arkham Origins. I’ve so far just seen about the intro, so I’m looking forward to start playing it tomorrow. I have watched some animes as usual and I’ve actually started watching a series I thought I would never see. That anime is Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure (2012 ver.)
So far it is really nice! And I’ve discovered that Dio Brando is one sick mofo. It’ bloodier than I anticipated, but it doesn’t bother me.
This upcoming weekend I’m just gonna relax and take it easy. Unless I have to work, if I am not working I’ll game and watch anime all weekend. Ahhh! The good life. Only around 24 days left until I have my PlayStation 4! Hype, hype, hype!! So looking forward to that. :D
