The Legend of Zelda: BOTW – Champions’ Ballad
Nu har jag kört igenom DLC kampanjen i The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, nämligen den som heter Champions’ Ballad. Det är då DLC 2 för spelet, jag kommer inte ta upp något om DLC 1 för jag har inte gått igenom Trial of the Sword själv. Men min reaktion är ändå att jag inte tycker DLC:n är värd 200kr, det finns absolut saker här i som är bra. Men samtidigt känns det som de skulle varit en del av spelet från början.
En del av besvikelsen kan väl komma ifrån att jag förväntade mig och hoppades mer, jag gillar ju verkligen Breath of The Wild så ville ju ha mer av allt som var bra.
Jag vill inte gå allt för mycket på vad jag riktigt tänker på, för då skulle jag behöva spoila och det vill jag inte göra. Men man får mer se lite mer med de fyra champions, men det är lite det som känns som det skulle funnits i spelet från början.
Tyvärr är DLC:n till stor del en repetition av det som redan varit i spelet och uppdragen är snarlika varandra. Hitta fyra pelare, dessa pelare pekar sedan på 3 olika platser man ska gå till för att göra något. Antingen besegra en boss eller åka igenom ljusringar. Detta skall gör man nästan 12gånger för att slutföra uppdraget.
Så ja… Väldigt repetitivt. Men spelet är ju fortfarande skoj att spela och man får ju lite utökning av det hela, önskar väl helt enkelt det var lite mer variation i det hela.
Man får dock ett item när man är klar med DLC:n och det är trevligt som tusan, en kul grej. Men man får även se en sak. En sak jag inte tänker berätta. ;)
Men om jag säger så här, när jag väl såg detta så blev jag lite sur på hur spelet är. Eller hur det utspelar sig, nu går jag kanske redan går in på lite för mycket. Hehe.
Hade det bara varit lite billigare så hade jag lättare kunnat välja det hela, typ en 120kr så känner jag att jag hade varit nöjd med det innehåll som gavs. Utöver story DLC:n så har man ju fått hur många nya kläder som helst att kunna bära. Så vill man ha det för det kosmetiska, så är det väl en mindre jackpot.
Som sagt, det kan vara jag som är lite gnällig också. Jag hoppas andra som köpt DLC:n har fått ut mer av den, men nu ska jag börja drömma om nästa Zelda spel. Undrar hur det kommer vara? Troligen magiskt och det behöver inte överträffa Breath of The Wild, bara vara minst lika bra.

Här är Nintendo Switch
Idag har Nintendo äntligen avslöjat sin Nintendo NX eller Nintendo Switch som den heter. Rykten har visat sig vara sanna att det är en hybrid konsol, alltså både en bärbar och en stationär konsol. Spännande att se hur detta kommer bli. I stället för att jag ska försöka förklara, så kolla på denna filmen istället.
Vi får se glimtar av ett nytt Mario spel som ser trevligt ut av det lilla som ses, en port eller en uppföljare till Splatoon och även ett nytt/port Mario Kart. Hoppas ryktena om att den ska vara regionsfri också stämmer och att den får ett bra stöd av 3de parts utvecklade spel. Här är en bild med lite annat roligt för maskinen också.
Hoppas vi får mer information om konsolen snart, för mycket mer än så här är inte känt just nu.
Vi får också bekräftat att den kommer släppas i mars, så det är inte så långt kvar. Det är bara att börja spara så man kanske också kan skaffa en sådan. Hoppas verkligen Nintendo får framgångar med Switch.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD klarat
Då har man äntligen kört igenom hela The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD till Wii U. Har försökt ta mig igenom spelet förut, men aldrig kommit så långt. Vet inte riktigt varför, men det var väl lite för man saknade intresse för spelet av någon anledning. Men efter att ha spelat The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword blev jag mer sugen på Twilight Princess, mycket för att Skyward Sword inte levde upp till vad jag hade hoppats på. Älskar dock den grafiska stilen väldigt mycket i Skyward Sword och det har min favorit design på Zelda. <3
Jag älskar att de har förstärkt färgerna lite i spelet nu i och med HD-versionen, originalet var lit gråare och tristare. Musiken i spelet är bra, men inget man riktigt lägger på minnet. I mitt fall vart det så åtminstone, de äldre Zelda spelen har mer catchy musik som sätter sig på skallen.
Hyrule är stort och öppet med många gömda hemligheter här och där, vilket alltid är trevligt och drar igång utforskande känslan hos en.
Gillar verkligen att varje tempel/dungeon är lite mer varierande än de brukar vara. Oftast gör man ju samma saker i alla tempel men i TP varieringar dom runt det lite, ett tempel t.ex är hem till ett Yetti par. Man springer alltså runt i deras hus, något jag verkligen älskade.
Vet egentligen inte riktigt vad jag mer ska gå in på när det gäller spelet, kunde gjorde något lite mer utförligt och större. Men ville mest få ut mig lite snabba tankar om spelet, ett spel jag är väldigt nöjd med. Efter att ha känt att Skyward Sword var en besvikelse så tröttnade jag en del på just 3D Zelda spelen, kändes inte roligt längre och de bärbara varianterna intresserade mer. Men Twilight Princess återväckte lusten för 3D Zelda, jag är ännu mer hajpad och ser verkligen fram emot kommande Zelda U (inte officiellt namn). Hoppas vi får se mer av det snart eller åtminstone kan få en officiell titel på spelet, nu börjar man den långa väntan och längtan.

E3 2013: Nintendo
And so it’s time for Nintendo, and what to say about Nintendo? There wasn’t much that had my interest. Super Mario 3D World looked like good old Mario fun. But there where no real megatons for me, no announce or an eventual price-drop.
Well they did say that The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD will be released in October, so for all who wants that should really buy it. Even if you don’t want it, buy it.
For me the best things of this Nintendo Direct E3 was the new trailer shown for Monolith Softwares new game “X“. I love those guys for the Xenosaga series and I’ll follow just about anything they do, really looking forward to see more of the game. And hopefully get the name reveal, unless it’s real name is just X. And duh! Bayonetta 2 looked pretty sick! She looked really good in shorter hair, and the game looked as outrageous as the first one. So it will probably be just as good.
And then they showed the new Super Smash Bros for both Wii U and 3DS, it looked like really good fun. But I was a tad disappointed until they showed the NEW CHALLENGER, after that I was more or less sold. So I am greatly looking forward to see more of that game and what new characters will appear in it. It’s… Mega Man!!!

Where to find some spare time?
I have been so busy this month I haven’t had time or energy to do something fun. Well in a way it is fun to be occupied since you always have stuff to do, the downer is that you become to tired to actually want to do anything later.
In the somewhat brief periods of time I’ve had, I have been playing Okami HD. And I enjoyed it very much, much more than I thought I would. It felt like a Zelda game at times and that it not all too shabby. But thanks to the atmosphere, the music and the time period of the game it made me really want to replay Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon. The N64 game is one of my favorite games of all time, so fun and such great music. Ahhh…
Next weekend me and my buddy Elden are starting a new gaming marathon. We will be playing through all of the Mega Man X games! Probably not MMX Command Mission though. Looking forward to that, I have had an MMX itch for some time now and it’s time give that itch a scratch. Itches love scratches. Yeah… That was bad.
But speaking of Zelda, I was thrilled to hear that Nintendo is going to release a new Zelda game set in the same world/universe as A Link to The Past. It got me a bit hyped, since ALTTP is still my favorite Zelda game. We have also gotten a date for the upcoming Deadpool game. It will be released on June 28, so that is one game I gotta have. Then Tales of Xillia on August 9th and then in October I’ll be getting Batman: Arkham Origin. And this year we’ll enter a new console generation, that’s always exciting.

More Zelda, much more
Been playing a whole lot of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword again. Mostly since I had some time to spend with my friend whom I play it together with.
I’m not sure what I think about this game… It’s good, but I’m not sure I’ve had much fun with it. Well not entirely true either, there are some parts I’m not enjoying so much. There is a bit too much use of the motion controller, yes I do know why. But I still wish we could have gotten an option to use the pro controller and skip all the motion stuff.
If the next Zelda game will have motion controls I sure hope they are better and not
And I can’t say that I think the music is very memorable, since I can’t even remember the slightest tune from the game. It’s not bad in any way, just not as good as past games in my opinion. Still I’m driven to continue playing this game, since I really enjoy the whole Link rescues his loved one, I enjoy seeing the feelings Link and Zelda share. And would have loved if the’ve gone further with it. Well I don’t know how it ends so maybe I’ll get my wish.
I most replay A Link To The Past, again some day. It’s my favourite amongst the Zelda games, I’ll never grow tired of that game.
After we’re done with Skyward Sword we’ll go ahead and play through Twillight Princess. Looking forward to that too. But tomorrow I think I am going to start playing Mario Galaxy, I must try that game. I am very eager to see what I’ll think about that game. I was playing
Tales of Symphonia 2 before, but I am having trouble getting into the game. And besides, I’m eagerly awaiting Ni no Kuni for PS3 later this month so no more rpgs until then.
And for those of you who care, yes I’m feeling slightly better than I did when I made my last post. And in the future my “games I’ve beaten” section will be split into multiple pages sine both the Sony and Nintendo parts of that list is getting big. See ya next time!
